A lot of you have asked to see what my Parisian room looks like, so here it is! Cozy, dorm-sized, and with an adorable courtyard! If only Manhattan were this quaint...
Gros Bisous!

I'm here!
So I made it!
After being ridiculously early for my flight (surprising, I know!) and spending a few extra minutes with my mom, I headed through security and I was off! The flight was easy, though I didn't sleep as much as I wanted to. Once I got to Paris and made my way through customs, I grabbed my bags and hopped in a cab. Surprisingly, it started to snow on the ride into the city, though I'm not sure exactly how it made Paris look because it was still pretty dark.
Once I got to Madame Nilsson's apartment, I found out that they have an elevator (made bag-lifting easier) but also remembered that French elevators are small... 2 trips later, I was completely here! After a bowl of cereal (Honey-nut Cheerios), Madame Nilsson and Nicholas left to run some errands, and I unpacked and settled in for a nap. 3 hours later, I woke up and met one of Madame Nilsson's sons, his wife, and their son. So cute, but definitely shy! I momentarily could NOT figure out how to get on the internet, but with Nicholas' help, here I am!
Here are a few pictures of my room:

Not too big, not too small, and a view of the interior courtyard. The apartment is pretty big by NY standards, and has a lot of cool artwork and stuff on the walls (both Madame Nilsson and Nicholas are artists).
I'm all ready to get out into one of the greatest cities in the world (or the greatest, depending on who you ask!) and find some adventures!
xoxo
