Day 4 in Paris... It just gets better and better!
This morning, we took a language exam. Not exactly the highlight, though it could have been worse. In the afternoon, I visited the Immigration Museum and got to know a few girls in the program. After our tour, Nikki and Lisa and I were interviewed for France 3! The reporter didn't seem to care that we were American and knew very little about French immigration, our attempts to describe the Holocaust Museum and Ellis Island were probably very entertaining!
This evening, I met Becca, Becky, Nikki, Lily, Joe, and Juan for dinner and drinks. We found a cute little brasserie near Saint-Germain-Des-Prés, then went to a bar around the corner. Lots of stories were shared, and I'm sure our waiter was plenty entertained! Unfortunately, the Métro closes at 1am on weeknights, so we had to make sure to get back in time. All in all, an evening very well spent!
Tomorrow, I'm meeting Paige and Katie for Pierre Hermé. Can you believe I have yet to have a croissant? Saving myself for the very best! There will be pictures...!!!
Gros Bisous et bon soir!
